3,640 Wh. Two Hub Motors. A 500 lb Load Rating. The Romeo Pro II 2026 Is the 70Ah Romeo.

The Romeo Pro II 2026 is not the Romeo Pro II with a new date on it. Eahora built it around a bigger pack — 52V 70Ah (3,640 Wh) against the 60Ah (3,120 Wh) of the Romeo Pro II we already carry — and moved it to air suspension at both ends, 240mm brake rotors and a 500 lb load rating, up from 330 lb. The two hub motors put out 2 × 120 N·m of torque.

That places it between two siblings at Zeus: $200 more than the Romeo Pro II, and $300 less than the Romeo Pro III, which carries a bigger 4,800 Wh pack but less torque (2 × 100 N·m). For a rider who wants the 500 lb rating and air suspension without moving up to the 60V Romeos, it is the one to look at (prices in CAD, October 2026).

One thing to know before you buy: Eahora describes this bike three different ways, and we print all of them below rather than pick the one that sounds best.

Colours: Black · Free Canada-wide shipping · in-stock orders ship within 3–7 business days · 🇨🇦 Ships from Canada · 1-866-938-7580 · 15-day return policy (unused & unopened; 15% restocking fee).

⚠️ Canadian Legal Note: Eahora’s global page rates the Romeo Pro II 2026’s two motors at 2 × 2,000W, and Eahora Canada’s own product card calls it “52V 4,000W 2-Motor Drive”. Eahora Canada also lists it as factory-limited to 500W output and 32 km/h, with “Dual 250W” motors, and its page describes the bike as meeting the old Transport Canada definition of a power-assisted bicycle — a federal definition that was repealed in 2021. The same page’s FAQ offers a manufacturer’s certificate to help register it as a moped, with plates and a driver’s licence.

Provincial rules converge on 500W / 32 km/h, and for two motors the combined output is what counts. We have not verified that the Canadian bike’s motors differ physically from the 2 × 2,000W ones on Eahora’s global page, and whether a software limit changes how a province classifies a bike rated this high is not settled — so we sell the Romeo Pro II 2026 as an off-road / private-property e-bike at every setting. If you plan to register it as a moped, ask Eahora for the certificate and check with your provincial licensing office first. Canadian eBike laws by province →

Eahora’s own figures for this bike disagree

  • Motors: “Dual 250W” and “factory-limited to 500W output” (Eahora Canada) · “52V 4,000W 2-Motor Drive” (Eahora Canada’s product card) · 2 × 2,000W (Eahora’s global page). Torque is 2 × 120 N·m on every page.
  • Range: 167–180 km with pedal assist and 112–122 km without (Eahora Canada’s spec table) · 167–322 km and 113–122 km (the same page’s feature section) · 104–200 miles and 70–76 miles (global page).
  • Front fork: “adjustable air suspension, 100mm travel” in the spec table; the feature section describes a “100mm travel hydraulic fork”.
  • Water rating: IPX6 in the spec table; “IPX65” in Eahora Canada’s FAQ.

Why the Romeo Pro II 2026 Sits Where It Does

  • The 500 lb rating at a 52V price. Eahora rates the Romeo Pro II 2026 for loads up to 500 lb, like the 60V Romeo Pro III and Romeo Ultra II; the Romeo Pro II and Romeo II are rated 330 lb.
  • More battery than the Romeo Pro II. 3,640 Wh against 3,120 Wh, on the same 52V platform, for $200 more at Zeus (October 2026).
  • Air at both ends. An adjustable 100mm air fork and a 50mm air shock with damping, both set by pressure to the rider’s weight.
  • Big rotors. 240mm × 3.0mm steel rotors with motor cutoff, the same rotor size as the Pro III and Ultra II.

Key Features

  • Two hub motors — 2 × 120 N·m — Front and rear hub motors, brushless, IPX6, with a motor switch on the display (Eahora’s spec table). Eahora’s figures for output differ by page (see the box above); the torque figure, 2 × 120 N·m, is the same everywhere. Eahora rates gradeability at 35°–40°.
  • 52V 70Ah battery — 3,640 Wh — Grade-A lithium-ion pouch cells rated for ≥1,200 cycles to 80% capacity. The 58.8V 7A charger refills it in 6–7.5 hours per Eahora’s spec table (its FAQ says 6–8 hours). The pack comes out with its key for charging indoors.
  • Air suspension, front and rear — Adjustable 100mm air fork and a 50mm air shock with damping. Set the pressure to your weight and load; a fixed coil cannot be tuned that way.
  • 240mm hydraulic disc brakes, motor cutoff — 240mm × 3.0mm steel rotors with 2-piston callipers and semi-metallic pads. Squeezing either lever cuts motor power.
  • 26″ × 4.0″ fat tires — With inner tubes, run at 28–33 psi. Black stainless 12-gauge spokes on 36-hole aluminium rims.
  • Shimano 7-speed — RD-TY300 derailleur, MF-TZ500-7 14–28T freewheel, 44T chainring on 170mm aluminium cranks.
  • 4″ colour LCD with Bluetooth — Motor switch, Bluetooth and a USB charge port; 5 pedal-assist levels with a cadence sensor, a 5-level twist throttle with a slightly delayed response, cruise control and a 6 km/h walk mode.
  • Lights and horn — 2,000-lumen (20W) LED headlight with a built-in electric horn; LED tail light with an integrated brake-signal blinker; reflectors on pedals, spokes and tires.

Everything Included

  • E-bike (85% assembled)
  • Battery with 2 keys
  • Battery charger
  • Headlight
  • Pedals (left and right)
  • Screws and toolkit
  • Owner’s manual
  • Front wheel set
  • Front fender

Eahora ships it 85% assembled: from its box list, you fit the front wheel, front fender, headlight and pedals with the included toolkit. Eahora does not publish an assembly time, so we won’t guess one. Call 1-866-938-7580 if you would like a hand with setup.

The Honest Take — What We’d Change

  1. Eahora’s numbers don’t agree with each other. Three motor ratings, two range claims on one page, and an air-vs-hydraulic fork contradiction (see the box at the top). We report each figure with its source; if one decides your purchase, call us at 1-866-938-7580 before ordering.
  2. It weighs 160.94 lb. That is with the 36.6 lb battery installed — about 10 lb more than the Romeo Pro II. Plan on ground-floor or garage storage, and two people or a ramp for a truck bed.
  3. 2-piston callipers. The Romeo Pro II and Romeo II use 4-piston callipers; this bike pairs bigger 240mm rotors with 2-piston callipers. On paper the rotors add leverage; if calliper count matters to you, the Romeo Pro II is the 4-piston option.

If the 500 lb rating and air suspension are what you are buying, those trade-offs are worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Romeo Pro II 2026 legal on Canadian roads and paths?

We sell it as an off-road / private-property e-bike at every setting. Eahora’s global page rates the two motors at 2 × 2,000W and its Canadian product card says 4,000W; Eahora Canada also lists a factory limit of 500W and 32 km/h. Provincial rules converge on 500W / 32 km/h with two motors counted together, and whether a software limit changes how a province classifies a bike rated this high is not settled. Eahora Canada’s FAQ offers a manufacturer’s certificate for moped registration (plates and a driver’s licence); check with your provincial licensing office first.

How fast does it go, and is it really 4,000W?

Eahora Canada sets it to 32 km/h at the factory and says the limit may be adjusted for private-property use where the law allows; its global page lists 28+ mph (45+ km/h). For output, Eahora gives three figures: “Dual 250W” limited to 500W (Canada), “52V 4,000W” (Canada’s product card) and 2 × 2,000W (global). A marketplace listing advertising 74 km/h does not match Eahora’s own product pages.

How far does it go on a charge?

Eahora Canada’s spec table says 167–180 km with pedal assist and 112–122 km without; the same page’s feature section says 167–322 km with pedal assist, and the global page says 104–200 miles. Our own working estimate is about 180 km at moderate assist (an assumed 20 Wh/km, not an Eahora figure). Range falls in the cold.

How is it different from the Romeo Pro II?

Bigger battery (52V 70Ah, 3,640 Wh, against 60Ah and 3,120 Wh), air suspension at both ends, 240mm rotors with 2-piston callipers (the Romeo Pro II has 203mm rotors with 4-piston callipers in Eahora Canada’s table), and a 500 lb load rating instead of 330 lb. It weighs about 10 lb more and costs $200 more at Zeus (October 2026).

Can I ride it in winter?

Eahora Canada’s own winter guide says riding below zero is safe but range shortens as it gets colder, and that charging a lithium battery below 0°C can damage it permanently: bring the battery indoors (about 5°C is ideal) before charging. Eahora rates the electronics IPX6 (its FAQ says IPX65) and says riding in the rain is fine but the bike should be parked under a roof.

How heavy is it?

160.94 lb with the 36.6 lb battery installed. The battery comes out with its key, which helps when lifting, but loading it into a truck bed is a two-person or ramp job.

What warranty comes with it?

Eahora Canada’s published warranty terms cover the frame for 2 years, the battery for 1 year and components for 5 months (the same page also describes a one-year all-inclusive warranty), for the original owner; wear parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain and spokes are excluded. Your first month of Zeus Care is included; Zeus Care plans of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years ($119 / $229 / $339 / $599) are a service, not added parts coverage.

Can I finance it?

Yes. See the eBike financing guide → or call 1-866-938-7580 for current terms before ordering.
