Zeus Ebikes Inc. Warranty Policy

At Zeus Ebikes Inc., we are dedicated to providing top-quality e-bikes and comprehensive after-purchase support. That’s why we offer a 1 to 2-year warranty on all our e-bikes, depending on the manufacturer.

1. What’s Covered:

Our warranty covers all components of your e-bike except for parts subject to normal wear and tear. The length of coverage varies based on the manufacturer’s warranty policies, with coverage lasting between 1 to 2 years from the date of purchase. Covered components include:

  • Motor
  • Battery
  • Frame
  • Electrical components
  • Display screen

What’s Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear on parts, such as:

  • Tires
  • Brake pads
  • Chains
  • Grips
  • Saddles

Additionally, damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or accidents is not covered.

2. Warranty Claims Process:

If your e-bike experiences any issues during the warranty period, follow these steps to initiate a claim:

Step 1: Contact Us

  • Email us at support@zeusebikes.ca to report the issue. Please include your order number, contact information, and a detailed description of the problem.

Step 2: Diagnostic Process

  • We will schedule a call with you to understand the issue better.
  • You will need to provide photos and videos of the problem to help us with remote diagnosis.
  • In some cases, we may ask for additional information or documentation based on the manufacturer's warranty requirements.

Step 3: If the Issue Cannot Be Diagnosed Remotely

If we are unable to diagnose the issue remotely, you have two options:

Option 1: Visit a Local Bike Shop

  • Take your e-bike to a local shop for diagnostics. Email the diagnostic report to support@zeusebikes.ca for further evaluation.

Option 2: Ship the Bike to Us

  • We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the bike to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the bike, we will either repair or replace it, depending on the issue, and send it back to you. You won’t be responsible for any shipping fees.
