Shipping policy

Shipping is Free Canada wide. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days after the order has been confirmed. Shipping times will vary from 2-7 business days based on customer's location. Shipping times for parts and accessories could be up to 4 weeks.

You will be notified via email once your order has been processed, and provided with a tracking number. Feel free to call us for delivery instructions. We may contact you before shipping to confirm order details. If we are unable to confirm your order, we will cancel it and refund you in full, with no fee.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days of the delivery date we gave you, you may cancel for a full refund unless you choose to accept late delivery.

We only ship to addresses which the following companies can deliver to:

FedEx (If FedEx is required, we will tell you the additional charge before shipping. No additional charge is applied without your express agreement, and you may cancel for a full refund instead.)

We do not ship to P.O boxes. We do not ship to remote communities. Please call us first before placing an order if you live in a remote community. If we cannot ship to your address, we will cancel the order and refund it in full with no fee.
