Every Zeus e-bike includes a free 1-month warranty plus manufacturer coverage. Add the Zeus Extended Warranty for dedicated support from our Canadian team — remote diagnostics, manufacturer claim handling & return-shipping coordination — for up to 5 years.

Zeus Extended Warranty
Never pay for support again for the life of your plan. Every Zeus e-bike includes one month of unlimited free support. After that, remote support is billed per session (Zeus Tech Session, from $59) — unless you hold a Zeus Extended Warranty. Plan holders get unlimited support, free, for the full term.
What's included:
- No per-session support fees — unlimited Zeus Tech Sessions at no charge for your full plan term
- Remote diagnostic help via phone, email, or video
- Manufacturer warranty claim management — we deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to
- Shipping coordination, including return labels where applicable
- Priority response for the life of your plan
What's not included:
- Physical repairs, replacement parts, or labour
- Wear-and-tear components — pedals, cranks, suspension, tires, brake pads, chains, and similar (full list in our Warranty Policy)
- Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, unattended/parking damage, or modification
The math: two support sessions without a plan cost more than the 1-year plan. The 2-year plan pays for itself in two calls.

Notice to Quebec residents — your free legal warranty: Quebec's Consumer Protection Act automatically provides a free legal warranty on goods you buy: they must be fit for their ordinary use and last a reasonable time, given the price and conditions of use. This Zeus Extended Warranty is optional and is in addition to that legal warranty — it does not replace it. For details on the legal warranty, visit the Office de la protection du consommateur.
