Zeus Care

Never pay for support again for the life of your plan. Every Zeus e-bike includes your first month of Zeus Care. After that, remote support is billed per session (Zeus Tech Session, from $59) unless you hold a Zeus Care plan. Plan holders get unlimited Zeus Care, free, for the full term.

Zeus Care is a service, not a warranty. Your e-bike's warranty is the manufacturer's warranty. Zeus Care is our Canadian team handling it for you.

What's included:

• No per-session support fees — unlimited Zeus Tech Sessions at no charge for your full plan term
• Remote diagnostic help via phone, email, or video
• Manufacturer warranty claim management — we deal with the manufacturer so you don't have to
• Shipping coordination, including return labels where applicable
• Priority response for the life of your plan

What's not included:

• Physical repairs, replacement parts, or labour — Zeus Care never adds parts coverage and never pays for parts or labour
• Wear-and-tear components — pedals, cranks, suspension, tires, brake pads, chains, and similar (full list in our Warranty Policy & Zeus Care)
• Damage caused by misuse, incorrect assembly, lack of maintenance, unattended/parking damage, or modification
• Any promise about the manufacturer's decision, term, or continued existence — the manufacturer decides the claim; if it declines or ceases operations, Zeus Care continues as diagnostics and part sourcing

Plan terms: your plan starts the day after your included first month ends, so a 1-year plan gives you 13 months of Zeus Care from delivery. One bike, one owner. Non-refundable once purchased, except refunded in full if your order is cancelled or your e-bike is returned under our Refund Policy.

The math: two support sessions without a plan cost more than the 1-year plan. The 2-year plan pays for itself in two calls.

Notice to Quebec residents — your free legal warranty: Quebec's Consumer Protection Act automatically provides a free legal warranty on goods you buy: they must be fit for their ordinary use and last a reasonable time, given the price and conditions of use.
