Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence, or that you have obtained consent to allow minor dependents to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Certain products or Services may be available exclusively online. These may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Refund Policy. We have made every effort to display colors and images accurately but cannot guarantee monitor display accuracy. We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction and to discontinue products at any time. Any offer is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that product quality or information will meet expectations.

OFF-ROAD USE; ASSUMPTION OF RISK
1. Off-Road Only. Buyer acknowledges that our e-bikes exceed Canada’s 500 W limit for power-assisted bicycles and are NOT authorized for operation on public roads, trails, sidewalks, or rights-of-way. Buyer will use the Product only on private property (e.g., farms, private land).

2. Assumption of Risk. Buyer expressly assumes all risks associated with operation of the Product, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, and equipment failure. Buyer confirms they are physically capable of safe operation and will wear appropriate protective gear at all times.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. In the event of changes or cancellations, we may attempt to notify you using provided contact information. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third‑party tools over which we have no control. Access is provided “as is” without warranties. Use of third‑party tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - THIRD‑PARTY LINKS
Certain content, products and Services may include materials from third‑parties. Links to third‑party sites are not affiliated with us; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

WAIVER, RELEASE & INDEMNIFICATION

1. Waiver & Release. Buyer, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, releases and holds harmless ZeusEbikes Inc. (and its officers, employees, agents) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages or causes of action arising from use or misuse of the Product.

2. Indemnification. Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZeusEbikes Inc. against any third‑party claim, cost, loss or damage arising out of Buyer’s use of the Product.

SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send submissions (comments, ideas, feedback), you grant us the right to use them without obligation to pay compensation or maintain confidentiality.

SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

In no case shall ZeusEbikes Inc. be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages.

Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeusEbikes Inc.’s total liability for any claim relating to these e‑bikes shall not exceed the purchase price paid by Buyer.

SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ZeusEbikes Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third‑party rights.

SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder will continue in full force.

SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately for any reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and ZeusEbikes Inc., superseding prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

MANDATORY ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By placing an order, Buyer certifies that:
1. They have read and understand all of these Terms, including Off‑Road Use; Assumption of Risk, Waiver, Release & Indemnification, and Limitation of Liability provisions.
2. They are at least 18 years old.
3. They agree to operate the Product solely on private property and at their own risk.

SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.

SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. You can review the most current version on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
