West Biking Handlebar Mirror: 105 × 70 mm Blue Lens, 0–50 mm Telescoping Stem, 20–23 mm Clamp

Our other two West Biking mirrors, the bar-end mirror and the 2-piece mirror set, push into the end of the handlebar. This one clamps around the bar, so it does not need an open bar end. It carries a 105 × 70 mm blue-tinted lens, the stem telescopes 0–50 mm so you can set the lens where you want to look, and it fits bars 20–23 mm across.

It is sold one mirror at a time, left or right. We have not fitted or tested one yet: the figures on this page come from the supplier’s listing for model 0720045, which we saved on 7 October 2026, and we say when something is the supplier’s claim.

What You Get

  • Clamp-on fit. A ring closes around the handlebar, which must measure 20–23 mm across (the listing’s fit). The box holds one mirror, one wrench and one mounting screw.
  • A telescoping stem. A screw ring loosens so the stem slides out to 50 mm (the listing: “adjustable range 0-50MM”). The supplier’s drawing labels 110 mm below the screw ring.
  • 360° rotation. The listing says the mirror surface can be rotated 360°, and its instructions have you lift the lever and rotate 360° to set the angle, so you adjust it by hand.
  • A large lens. About 105 × 70 mm on the supplier’s drawing (its table says about 10.5 × 7 cm), tinted blue and sold as anti-glare. The listing calls it “HD” and gives no curvature or field-of-view figure.
  • A one-piece nylon bracket. The supplier describes a reinforced PA nylon bracket; the body material is listed as PA+PP.

Fitting It

The supplier’s four-step diagram reads: lift up, 360° rotation, free telescoping, 360° rotation. Before you order, look at your bar. It must measure 20–23 mm across where the clamp goes, and the clamp ring needs room beside your controls: on an e-bike that stretch can be shared with the grip, brake lever, shifter, throttle or display (our note, not the supplier’s). The listing does not give the ring’s width. Not sure it will fit? Call us with your bike’s make and model.

The Honest Take

  1. We have not tested it. No vibration, glare or field-of-view test by us; everything here is the supplier’s description.
  2. The weight is uncertain. The listing says about 23 g in its attributes table and about 101.8 g per piece in its specification, and gives 0.3 kg for the packed single mirror. We have not weighed one.
  3. Several details are missing. The listing mentions an “HD glass lens” on one slide and an “HD convex mirror” in its attributes, but gives no curvature, no field of view in degrees, no clamp-ring width, no certification and no warranty term for customers.
  4. One side per mirror. If you want both sides, order a Left and a Right.

Who It Suits, and Who Should Skip It

It suits riders with room on a flat bar that measures 20–23 mm across, who want a large lens they can reposition. Skip it if the only free space on your bar is the open end: our bar-end mirror or 2-piece mirror set may suit that bike better. Our eBike safety guide and urban eBike guide cover the rest of a commuter set-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will it fit my e-bike’s handlebars?

The clamp closes around a handlebar 20–23 mm across. Measure the tube where you want the mirror, and check there is room for the clamp ring beside your controls: on an e-bike that stretch can be shared with the grip, brake lever, shifter, throttle or display. The listing does not give the ring’s width. If you are unsure, call 1-866-938-7580 with your bike’s make and model before you order.

Do I need a left mirror, a right mirror, or both?

Each mirror is sold on its own, so choose Left or Right when you order. The two are mirror images of each other, and each box holds one mirror, one wrench and one mounting screw. For both sides, add one Left and one Right to your cart.

Is a blue anti-glare lens better than a standard mirror?

We have not tested one, so we will not say it is. The supplier sells it as an anti-glare lens, and its own slide shows two headlight photos labelled “Ordinary lens” and “Anti-Glare lens”. That is the supplier’s illustration, not an independent test, and the listing gives no light-transmission or field-of-view figure.

How stable is a handlebar mirror on rough roads?

We have not tested this one, and the listing gives no vibration or load figure. The supplier describes a one-piece reinforced nylon bracket, and the stem is held by a screw ring that you loosen to slide and tighten again. After you set the angle, our suggestion is to tighten the screw ring and the clamp screw, and recheck both after your first ride.

Will it catch on a doorway, and does it fold?

The listing does not describe a fold. Its instructions say “Lift up the rearview mirror lever” and “Rotate 360° to adjust the Angle”, and it says the rearview mirror surface can be rotated 360°. We have not measured how far the mirror sticks out or tried it in a doorway.

How do I install it?

The supplier’s diagram has four steps: “Lift up”, “360° rotation”, “Free telescoping” (0–50 mm) and a second “360° rotation”. A wrench and a mounting screw come in the box. Measure your bar first (see Fitting It above).

What if it breaks, or it is the wrong size?

Unused, unopened items can be returned within 15 days of delivery, less a 15% restocking fee; the terms are in our refund policy. A factory-defective mirror is handled under the Dead-on-Arrival section of that policy. We have not confirmed a manufacturer warranty term for this mirror, so we state none. If that matters to you, call 1-866-938-7580 before you order.
