2,880 Wh on a 20-Inch Step-Thru. The Eahora Juliet Is the Juliet 2026’s Spec Sheet for $200 Less.

The Eahora Juliet is the original version of the Juliet 2026 we already carry, and on paper the two are the same bike: Eahora prints the same spec table for both, on its Canadian and on its global store — a 48V 60Ah (2,880 Wh) battery, a 1,000W hub motor (1,200W peak), 20″ × 4.0″ fat tires, hydraulic brakes and a step-thru frame.

Where they differ is in Eahora’s feature sections. The 2026 lists an upgraded frame finish, a reinforced front fork, a “more responsive” brake system and a 4″ display; the Juliet’s section lists a 3.5″ display. If those updates don’t matter to you, the Juliet is $200 less at Zeus: $2,299 against $2,499 (prices in CAD, October 2026).

⚠️ Canadian Legal Note: The Juliet’s motor is rated 1,000W (1,200W peak), twice the 500W the provincial rules converge on (Canada’s federal e-bike definition was repealed in 2021), and Eahora prints a top speed of “46–55 km/h or 25–28 mph”. We sell it as an off-road / private-property e-bike at every setting; whether a software limit changes how a province classifies a bike rated this high is not settled. Eahora’s own figures for this bike disagree

  • Torque: “Max Torque: 110N.m” in one place and “the max 90N·m of torque” in another, on the same Eahora Canada page.
  • Weight: 52.6 kg (116 lb) in the spec table; 125 lb (56.7 kg) in Eahora Canada’s FAQ.
  • Top speed: “46–55 km/h or 25–28 mph” — but 25–28 mph is 40–45 km/h. Eahora’s global page says 25–28 mph.
  • Load: rider weight within 150 kg / 330 lb (Eahora Canada), ≤330 lb (global page), 300 lb recommended load (Eahora’s Juliet manual).
  • Charger: 54.6V 5A (Eahora Canada) · 54.6V 8A, 6–7.5 hours (global page; the manual says 6–7 hours).

Why the Juliet Sits Where It Does

  • 2,880 Wh for $2,299. The same battery as the Juliet 2026, for $200 less at Zeus (October 2026).
  • Step-thru with a rack. A low step-through frame, with Eahora Canada listing a steel rear rack and fat-tire fenders as standard.
  • Front and rear suspension. An 80mm fork and dual rear springs (Eahora Canada: 35mm; global page: 50mm).
  • Battery value. $0.80 per Wh — less per Wh than any other Eahora e-bike at Zeus (our arithmetic, October 2026 prices).

Key Features

  • 48V 60Ah battery — 2,880 Wh — Lithium-ion pouch cells (Grade A, ≥1,200 cycles to 80% per the global page), removable with its key. Eahora rates 175–190 km with pedal assist and 90–95 km on throttle in Eahora Canada’s spec table.
  • 1,000W hub motor, 1,200W peak — A brushless rear hub motor. Eahora Canada prints 110 N·m and 90 N·m on the same page; gradeability is 30°–40° on its page and 20°–35° in its Juliet manual.
  • Hydraulic disc brakes — 180mm rotors front and rear with motor-cutoff levers; Eahora’s global page lists 4-piston callipers.
  • Front and rear suspension — 80mm fork (Eahora Canada: mechanical, non-adjustable; global page: adjustable coil) and dual rear springs.
  • 20″ × 4.0″ CST fat tires — CST BFT all-terrain tires with tubes, 28–33 psi.
  • Shimano 7-speed — 14–28T freewheel, 48T chainring with a chainring guard, DG50 chain.
  • Colour display — Eahora Canada’s spec table lists a 4″ YL-81F display; its feature section describes a 3.5″ LCD. 5 pedal-assist levels with a cadence sensor, a twist throttle, cruise control and a 6 km/h walk mode.
  • Rack, fenders, lights — Steel rear rack and fat-tire fenders (Eahora Canada; the global page lists the rack as optional), LED headlight with built-in horn, LED tail light with brake-signal blinker.

Everything Included

  • E-bike (85% assembled)
  • Battery with 2 keys
  • Battery charger
  • Front tire
  • Headlight
  • Pedals (left and right)
  • Screws and toolkit
  • Owner’s manual

Eahora ships it 85% assembled: from its box list, you fit the front wheel, headlight and pedals with the included toolkit. Eahora does not publish an assembly time, so we won’t guess one. Call 1-866-938-7580 if you would like a hand with setup.

The Honest Take — What We’d Change

  1. It is the same spec sheet as the Juliet 2026 — check what the $200 buys. Eahora lists frame, fork, brake and display updates for the 2026; the spec tables are identical. If you want those updates, buy the Juliet 2026 →.
  2. 116 lb (Eahora’s FAQ says 125 lb). Heavier than most step-thrus; plan on ground-floor storage.
  3. Eahora’s Juliet figures don’t all agree. Torque, weight, top speed, load and charger are printed more than one way (see the box above).

For a rider who wants the most battery for the money on a step-thru, those trade-offs are worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Juliet and the Juliet 2026?

On paper, nothing: Eahora prints the same spec table for both on its Canadian and global stores. Its feature sections list 2026 updates — a more scratch-resistant frame finish, a reinforced front fork, a thicker brake hose with larger pads, and a 4″ display (the Juliet’s section says 3.5″). The Juliet is $200 less at Zeus (October 2026).

Is the Juliet really 1,000W?

Yes: Eahora rates the rear hub motor at 1,000W with a 1,200W peak. That is twice the 500W the provincial rules converge on, so we sell it as an off-road / private-property e-bike at every setting (Canada’s federal e-bike definition was repealed in 2021).

How far does the 60Ah battery go?

Eahora Canada’s spec table says 175–190 km with pedal assist and 90–95 km on throttle; its headline says 160–175 km. Our working estimate is about 180 km at moderate assist (an assumed 16 Wh/km, not an Eahora figure). Range falls in the cold.

How heavy is it, and is it hard to handle?

Eahora’s spec table says 52.6 kg (116 lb) with the 12.5 kg battery; its FAQ says 125 lb and adds that it rides no harder than a lighter bike but is harder to walk home or lift for storage.

Can I ride it in winter or in the rain?

Eahora Canada’s own winter guide says riding below zero is safe but range shortens as it gets colder, and that charging a lithium battery below 0°C can damage it permanently: bring the battery indoors (about 5°C is ideal) before charging. Eahora’s Juliet manual also advises against long rides in low temperatures. Eahora rates the Juliet IP65 and says you can ride it in the rain but should park it under a roof.

What warranty comes with it?

Eahora Canada’s published warranty terms cover the frame for 2 years, the battery for 1 year and components for 5 months (the same page also describes a one-year all-inclusive warranty), for the original owner; wear parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain and spokes are excluded. Your first month of Zeus Care is included; Zeus Care plans of 1, 2, 3 or 5 years ($119 / $229 / $339 / $599) are a service, not added parts coverage.

Can I finance it?

Yes. See the eBike financing guide → or call 1-866-938-7580 for current terms before ordering.
