Warranty: Meigi's published warranty for Canada covers the frame for 2 years and all other parts for 1 year (limited). Its table lists consumables, batteries included, at 1 year, while its terms say consumables are generally not covered and that battery replacement is limited to defective batteries. The warranty is backed by Meigi in full on its own terms; Zeus files and follows up the claim for you, and your first month of Zeus Care is included. Meigi's warranty policy
Returns: 15 days from delivery on unused, unopened items, with a 15% restocking fee, and you pay return shipping. Refund policy
Load: We list a 265 lb maximum load; Meigi's MG708 user manual gives a maximum load capacity of 300 lb. Plan around the lower figure, and the rear basket's own 50 lb limit.
Canadian rules: The provincial e-bike rules converge on a motor of 500W or less, assistance that stops at 32 km/h and working pedals (Nova Scotia's 30 km/h ended on 19 October 2026). The Hera's 350W motor (540W peak) and 24 km/h top speed sit inside those numbers. Age, helmet and where an adult trike may ride differ by province and city, so check yours before the first ride.
