Both run from your purchase date, for the original owner, against manufacturing defects: Freesky repairs or replaces the part, and labour is not included. Not covered: wear parts (tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain, spokes), accidents, misuse, water damage, incorrect assembly and missed maintenance.
Terms read from Freesky’s warranty policy on 16 October 2026. Zeus files and follows your claim with Freesky, from the first call to the part at your door, and your first month of Zeus Care is included. Call 1-866-938-7580.
