FAQ
Why do I have to choose a model?
Because Velotric supplies a different charger per bike under one listing and assigns a different part number to each. Selecting the wrong one means the wrong connector. If you are not certain which bike you have, call 1-866-938-7580 and we will check it with you.
Can I use a charger from another brand?
We would not. Connector shape, voltage and the battery management handshake all have to match, and a charger that cannot complete that handshake correctly is not doing the job. Use the manufacturer's charger for the bike you own.
Should I buy a second one?
It is the cheapest way to make a spare battery actually useful — one pack charging at home while the other is on the bike. It is also worth it if you charge at both ends of a commute and would rather not carry a brick.
Is it the fast charger?
Velotric does not publish the output rating on this listing, so we are not going to state one. Call 1-866-938-7580 before you order if the charge rate matters and we will get the figure from Velotric.
