Tesway X5 Pro: Tesway Canada No Longer Lists It. Here Is What to Ride Instead.
The Tesway X5 Pro was the step-through version of Tesway’s X7 PRO. In Tesway’s words: “The main difference between X5 PRO and X7 PRO is the exterior design of the frame. X5 PRO is a step-thru design, while X7 PRO is a step-over design. Other functions are the same.” Tesway Canada no longer lists the X5 Pro, so this listing is closed for orders.
Ride One of These Instead
The current X7 PRO: one 1,000W rear hub (2,000W peak), a 52V 60Ah battery option, a rear seat with a backrest in the box and suspension at both ends, on Tesway’s new non-folding step-over frame.
If the step-through frame is what you want: the same 52V 60Ah battery size with a hub motor in each wheel (2,000W rated together, 3,600W peak).

Shipping & Delivery on the Current Tesways
Free shipping to all 10 provinces, and the bike ships from Canada (Tesway’s FAQ names its warehouses in Vancouver and Toronto). We process your order within 1–3 business days; Tesway’s shipping policy gives 3–7 business days for in-stock bikes after that (5–7 in its FAQ). Tracking comes by email, and Tesway’s carriers ask for a signature at delivery. Already Ride One?
Own an X5 Pro? Tesway lists these for the X5 PRO: the passenger seat, front basket, foldable platform, guardrail hanger and child safety handrail fence. Its 48V/52V 60Ah battery is listed for original Tesway e-bikes, and its web address names the X5 Pro.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I still buy the Tesway X5 Pro?
Not from us, and Tesway Canada no longer lists it. Tesway’s own answer on how it differed from the X7 PRO: “The main difference between X5 PRO and X7 PRO is the exterior design of the frame. I bought one from Zeus. How do I get help or make a warranty claim?
Email support@zeusebikes.ca from the address you ordered with, with your order number, a description and clear photos or video of the problem, and we take it from there with Tesway. Tesway’s 2-year limited warranty, backed by Tesway in full: manufacturing defects in material or workmanship, for two years from the day you receive the bike. We file and follow every claim for you.
