Tesway sells this for carrying a passenger, and its X5/X7 AWD owner’s manual says those bikes are “designed for regular country road use for a single person”. Ask us or Tesway before you carry anyone, keep rider, passenger and cargo within the bike’s maximum payload, check your province’s passenger rules and put a helmet on everyone aboard.

- Returns: 15-day returns from delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging (15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping). Wrong item or not as described: we pay the return shipping and no fee applies. Refund policy →
- Warranty: Tesway’s 2-year limited warranty covers its e-bikes; its policy lists “Any products sold by Tesway that is not an ebike” among the things it does not cover. If a part arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us with photos: we cover the return of a wrong or not-as-described item, with no restocking fee.
