Tesway designed it to fit children from 5 to 10 years old. Its X5/X7 AWD owner’s manual says those bikes are “designed for regular country road use for a single person”, so ask us or Tesway before you carry a child, check your province’s passenger rules, and put a properly fitted helmet on your child for every ride.

- Returns: 15-day returns from delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging (15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping). Wrong item or not as described: we pay the return shipping and no fee applies. Refund policy →
- Warranty: Tesway’s 2-year limited warranty covers its e-bikes; its policy lists “Any products sold by Tesway that is not an ebike” among the things it does not cover. If a part arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us with photos: we cover the return of a wrong or not-as-described item, with no restocking fee.

Tesway lists it for the Tesway X5 PRO, Tesway X7 PRO, Tesway X5 AWD, Tesway X7 AWD, and not for the X9 Ultra. Tesway also notes it is compatible with original Tesway e-bikes only.
