- Returns: 15-day returns from delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging (15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping). Wrong item or not as described: we pay the return shipping and no fee applies. Refund policy →
- Warranty: Tesway’s 2-year limited warranty covers its e-bikes; its policy lists “Any products sold by Tesway that is not an ebike” among the things it does not cover. Tesway lists it for the Tesway X5 PRO, Tesway X7 PRO, Tesway C5 AWD, and not for the X5 AWD, X7 AWD or X9 Ultra. Tesway also notes it is compatible with original Tesway e-bikes only.
