- Shipping: Free Canada-wide shipping. We process orders within 1–3 business days, and parts and accessories can take up to 4 weeks to arrive; tracking comes by email. No delivery to P.O. boxes or remote communities.
- Returns: 15-day returns from delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging (15% restocking fee; you pay return shipping). Wrong item or not as described: we pay the return shipping and no fee applies. Refund policy →
- Warranty: Tesway’s 2-year limited warranty covers its e-bikes; its policy lists “Any products sold by Tesway that is not an ebike” among the things it does not cover. If a part arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us with photos: we cover the return of a wrong or not-as-described item, with no restocking fee.
