The DL2000 uses a dual-motor system (Eahora Canada: “Dual 250W High-Torque DC Motors”; Eahora’s global page: “Dual 800W”) with a full-function colour display, cruise control and a 6 km/h walk mode. It has no pedal-assist levels: Eahora lists PAS as “None”, so the motors run on the 5-level twist throttle.

Canada compliance note (important)
E-bike rules vary by province and municipality (speed limits, where throttle use is allowed, helmet requirements). Eahora Canada rates the DL2000’s two motors at 2 × 250W (500W combined) and sets the display to 32 km/h, but its own FAQ says that limit can be raised to 56–61 km/h from the display settings, and Eahora’s global page rates the same model at 2 × 800W (2,000W peak). We have not verified that the Canadian bike’s motors differ physically, so we don’t claim the DL2000 qualifies as a power-assisted bicycle; whether a province would treat it as one is not settled. Always ride responsibly and follow local regulations.
Warranty
Eahora Canada’s published warranty terms cover the frame for 2 years, the battery for 1 year and components for 5 months (the same page also describes a one-year all-inclusive warranty), for the original owner; wear parts such as tires, tubes, brake pads, cables, grips, chain and spokes are excluded. Your first month of Zeus Care is included; Zeus Care is a service, not added parts coverage.
